About David Delpiano
Apart from David Delpiano professional career, his biggest passion is golf. Having grown up in Alpharetta Georgia, where he lived at the Country Club of The South, Delpiano was fortunate enough to start golfing anytime he wanted on the world renowned Jack Nicholson course at a young age. Having come from a family of golfers, at just 8 years old, David Delpiano took his first shot at the sport. For years, Delpiano played golf at least 3-4 times week. Living on the 7th hole, most weeknights after school, David found himself practicing putting and chipping. In the summer months David frequented a local JR Summer Golf Camp, where he honed in on his skills and techniques.
At 14 years old, David Delpiano opted to take his sporting career to the next level. He moved to Bradenton Florida where he attended the famous golf school, David Ledbetter Academy. Frequented by many famous golfers, David had the opportunity to play with Michelle Wie. Once in highschool, David Delpiano continued to pursue his love for the sport, playing on the school Golf Team until graduating.
Today, David tries to play golf at least once a week. When the opportunity presents itself, Delpiano enjoys playing in the local charity golf tournaments as well. Since he started the sport, David has collected a golf ball from each course that he’s played golf at. He now has an impressive collection of over 150 golf balls. Having had the opportunity to play at some of the countries most prestige courses, some of his favorites have included TPC Sawgrass, Peachtree Golf Club, Reynolds Plantation, La Gorce Country Club and Whisper Rock.
